Refund Policy for Follow Your Own Rhythm

If you are not 100% satisfied with the online course that you purchased, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. 

How Does It Work?

With regards to digital products such as an online course, once you purchase a product, instead of being sent a physical product, you receive the product digitally which you can then download onto your digital device. This makes Follow Your Own Rhythm's online course refund policy different from traditional refund policies in that you cannot return the digital product once it's been downloaded. Therefore, there are specific guidelines to follow. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund given the following:

  • Your return is within 30 days of purchase

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • You apply the strategies, complete the exercises, and do the work that the product requires

    • If it is a product that requires you to fill something out, do written exercises or is trackable in some way (like a workbook or an e-course) we will ask that you send back the completed and filled out product/coursework showing that you tried the exercises and gave it a chance

  • You email us at info@followyourownrhythm.com telling us why the product didn't work for you so that we can make improvements

Your Refund 

Once we received your filled out/completed product with an explanation of why you weren't satisfied, we will inspect the product and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANDLES REFUND POLICY

Sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. If for some reason you received a broken or defected candle in the mail, please email us with a picture of the broken product, and we will mail you a new one. Restrictions apply.

ORACLE DECKS REFUND POLICY

Sales are final and there are no refunds and exchanges.

TAROT READINGS REFUND POLICY

Sales are final and there are no refunds for online, virtual, or pre-recorded tarot readings.
