Thank you so much for this exercise! So during my meditation, I felt my mind wander so I brought my focus back to my breathing as you said. I noticed after a while that my mind went completely dark and I had an overwhelming sensation to hold my hands out in front of me. After the meditation, my eyes were watery but I wasn’t crying, I was confused with the emotions I was feeling. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you again!
